Landscape design and planting process
1.
Consultation
To discuss what you want from your garden, we will meet with you at the location of your garden. To fully understand your requirements, we will evaluate the location and talk with you about how and who will utilise your garden. To help you better understand the scope of our work and the design process, we will demonstrate some of our work through drawings and examples. In order for you to have a sense of our work, we can also supply references and the locations of some of our completed job sites.
2.
Landscape design proposal
Following the consultation visit, we will provide you a solid landscape design proposal that includes the services you would like us to offer in addition to the design needs for your garden. We will begin designing the landscape if you accept the design proposal.
3.
Landscape design work
We will create a detailed sized drawing of your garden that includes the locations of all proposed site elements and materials as well as any existing features that must stay. You will receive a final, to-scale landscape design plan from us, along with a planting plan and pictures illustrating the plantings' and hardscape's aesthetics.
4.
Planting plan
Gardens are natural resources. And even if the main framework of your garden is sound, it will occasionally require new planting or possibly a complete replant. Our planting service entails creating planting designs, finding and choosing plants, and then laying out and planting the plants.
5.
Planting
We create planting plans that specify the types, numbers, spacing, and maintenance of the plants. Next, we source and choose the plants, and then we set them out and plant them.
